This project involved creating a mobile application that motivates children to variate their exercise more. 2 out of 3 Danish children ages 11-15 are currently not getting the required 60 minutes of exercise each day. This in conjunction with the fact that 84% of the 11-year-old Danish children are already participating in sport [Ottosen et al., 2014b] points toward a need for more variation in their exercise to supplement the 60 minutes of exercise.
